Dr. Antonio Thomas is the Lead Pastor and Co-Founder of Christ Life Louisville, a life-giving ministry committed to helping people encounter Christ, grow in identity, and live from a place of wholeness and purpose.

Antonio is known for his authenticity, clarity, and relatable teaching style, often blending biblical truth with real-life insight and a quick-witted sense of humor. His messages focus on not allowing rejection to steal your DNA your God given identity and on teaching people how to allow God’s love to permeate their hearts, bringing healing, freedom, and restoration from the inside out.

He carries a strategic vision of the Kingdom and understands that Christ Life Louisville is not driven by personality, but by God’s presence. His leadership emphasizes alignment over performance, presence over production, and transformation over appearance.

A devoted husband and father, Antonio’s relationship with God fuels his passion to pour into people, especially youth and families, both inside and outside the church. He is an ordained minister with over 15 years of experience serving in education, foster care, residential youth services, and community leadership. His pastoral heart is shaped by years of walking alongside individuals navigating trauma, transition, and restoration.

Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Social Work, and a Doctorate in Clinical Counseling, equipping him with a unique blend of spiritual depth, emotional intelligence, and leadership insight. He also earned a Praise and Worship Leadership degree from Bible College, reflecting his appreciation for worship as a gateway to God’s presence.

Alongside his wife, Sharon Roshell, Antonio co-leads Christ Life Louisville with a shared vision to cultivate a church culture centered on authenticity, family, and transformation. When he is not pastoring or building community, Antonio enjoys traveling with his wife and cheering on his favorite college sports team, the University of Louisville.

At his core, Pastor Antonio Thomas is a shepherd, builder, and servant-leader, called to help people experience life in Christ, not just attend church.

Sharon Roshell is the Co-Founder of Christ Life Louisville, serving with a passion to help people encounter God’s presence, awaken purpose, and walk confidently in their identity in Christ. A gifted speaker, worship leader, and recording artist, Sharon carries a grace that invites people to recognize the divine imprint placed within them by God and to align their lives with His original design.

Her ministry centers on teaching biblical theology and the history of the Church, with a strong emphasis on identity, intimacy with God, and spiritual formation. Whether leading worship, preaching, coaching women, or speaking into hearts across the nation and abroad, Sharon creates spaces where healing, clarity, and transformation can take place.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling, and is a Certified Life Coach, equipping her to minister with both spiritual insight and emotional wisdom. She also earned a Praise and Worship Leadership degree from Bible College and is a Christian recording artist, with her song “Father of Glory” charting in the Billboard Top 25.

Alongside her husband, Dr. Thomas, Sharon co-leads Christ Life Louisville with a shared vision to cultivate a presence-centered church that values authenticity, discipleship, and lasting transformation. At her core, Pastor Sharon Roshell is a shepherd and prophetic voice, committed to calling people into freedom, identity, and alignment with God’s heart.

Keven and Bethany Paige serve as Worship and Hospitality Leaders at Christ Life Louisville, carrying a heart to create environments where people encounter God’s presence and feel genuinely welcomed. Together, they are passionate about cultivating a culture of worship that is authentic, Spirit-led, and rooted in intimacy with God rather than performance.

Kevin brings a steady, discerning leadership to worship, helping guide teams and the congregation into moments of reverence, alignment, and freedom in God’s presence. Bethany complements this with a deep heart for people, hospitality, and connection—ensuring that every person who walks through the doors feels seen, valued, and at home. Together, they understand that worship does not end with music, but continues through how people are received, served, and loved.

At Christ Life Louisville, Kevin and Bethany help steward both the sound of worship and the spirit of hospitality, believing that when presence and welcome meet, transformation follows. Their leadership reflects the heart of the house, family-centered, presence-driven, and anchored in Christ.
