Kulima Care Family Services is a CARF-accredited child and family services agency dedicated to cultivating hope, healing, and stability for children and families. The word Kulima means “to cultivate,” reflecting our mission to nurture growth, restore hope, and build strong foundations for the future.
We provide trauma-informed foster care, family support services, and community-based care designed to meet families where they are. Through compassionate partnership, training, and wrap-around support, we equip foster parents, empower youth, and strengthen families.
At its core, Kulima Care Family Services exists to cultivate generations of healthy, happy, and whole families—one child, one family, and one community at a time.
