Dr. Antonio Thomas is the Lead Pastor and Co-Founder of Christ Life Louisville. He is known for his straightforward, engaging, and relatable teaching style—blending biblical truth with real-life insight and a quick-witted sense of humor. His messages are rooted in Christ as the source of identity and purpose. Dr. Thomas carries a strategic vision for the Kingdom and leads with the understanding that Christ Life Louisville is not driven by personality, but by God’s presence. His leadership emphasizes alignment over performance, presence over production, and transformation over appearance. His relationship with God fuels his passion to pour into people—especially youth and families—both inside and outside the church. He is an ordained minister with over 20 years of experience in education, foster care, residential youth services, and community leadership. His pastoral heart has been shaped by walking closely with individuals through trauma, transition, and restoration. Dr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Social Work, and a Doctorate in Clinical Counseling. This unique combination equips him with spiritual depth, emotional intelligence, and strong leadership insight. He also earned a degree in Praise and Worship Leadership from Bible College, reflecting his deep value for worship and the presence of God. Alongside his wife, Pastor Sharon Roshell, Dr. Thomas co-leads Christ Life Louisville with a shared vision to cultivate a church culture centered on family, transformation, and purpose in Christ. When he is not pastoring or building community, Dr. Thomas enjoys traveling with his wife and cheering on his favorite college team, the University of Louisville. At his core, Dr. Antonio Thomas is a servant-leader and builder—called to help people experience life in Christ, not just attend church.

Keven and Bethany Paige, forever Baltimoreans at heart, are a vibrant and welcoming part of the Christ Life Louisville family. They have a genuine love for people, and meeting them often feels like gaining a friend for life. At Christ Life Louisville, they serve as leaders in both worship and hospitality, helping to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence while feel seen, valued, and welcomed. Known for giving some of the best hugs, the Paiges carry a warmth that makes others feel at home. Keven enjoys detailing cars and singing, and he is currently preparing to release a new music project. Bethany loves reading and enjoys experimenting with hair color, expressing her creativity in fun and unique ways. Together, they share a love for fashion and bring their personal style into everything they do. They are also the proud pet parents of Isla Bell Paige. At their core, Keven and Bethany are committed to loving people well and creating spaces where connection, joy, and the presence of God can be experienced.

Pastor Sharon Roshell is the Co-Founder of Christ Life Louisville, serving with a passion to help people encounter God’s presence, awaken purpose, and walk confidently in their identity in Christ. A gifted speaker, worship leader, and podcaster, Sharon carries a grace that invites people to recognize the divine imprint God has placed within them and align their lives with His original design. Her ministry centers on biblical teaching and equipping believers to understand what they believe, with a strong emphasis on identity, intimacy with God, and spiritual formation. Whether leading worship, teaching, coaching women to overcome self-doubt, or speaking to audiences across the nation and abroad, Sharon creates spaces where healing, clarity, and transformation can take place. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling, and she is a certified Life Coach—equipping her to minister with both spiritual and practical insight. She also earned a degree in Praise and Worship Leadership from Bible College and is a Christian recording artist, with her songs “Father of Glory” and “iSing” charting in the Gospel Billboard Top 25. Alongside her husband, Dr. Thomas, Sharon co-leads Christ Life Louisville with a shared vision to cultivate a church culture centered on family, transformation, and purpose. At her core, Pastor Sharon is a passionate voice, committed to calling people into freedom, identity, and alignment with God’s heart. She enjoys travel, reading, and humming for no reason at all—often bringing unexpected joy and authenticity into every space she enters.

Elders Carlton and Vickie Bond have faithfully served in ministry for over 30 years, dedicating their lives to strengthening and guiding others to live a life of faith. As they concluded their previous ministry assignment, they made a powerful transition to support the next generation—allowing their son and daughter-in-law to step fully into position to launch their ministry, Christ Life Louisville. With that shift, they embraced their next assignment. Throughout their years of leadership, they have shepherded congregations with a strong emphasis on faith, healing, and the revelation that Jesus is above all things. Their ministry has consistently created space for restoration, wisdom, and spiritual growth. At Christ Life Louisville, Elders Carlton and Vickie serve as trusted voices of wisdom and spiritual accountability. They lead The Anchor, our Pastoral Care Ministry, providing guidance, support, and care to individuals and families. Their heart is to ensure that every member has access to sound counsel, encouragement, and a steady place of connection as they grow in identity and purpose in Christ.
